Ok, I decided to dedicate myself to a workout plan by Magnus Lygdbäck. You know the guy who trained Wonderwoman (Gal Galdot), Tomb Raider (Alicia Wikander) and Tarzan (Alexander Skarsgård)! I will follow a four week workout and a nutrition plan from the Playbook app. I am so curious on how it can tourn out!
The only small problem I have is that I like to eat vegan food… however in his nutrition plan you have to, for example eat three eggs for breakfast. It is kind of gross. I will not eat meat or fish however, I will not cross that line. Then I will have a vegeterian option instead. Eggs however are negotiable but definitly not a favorite.
Otherwise the workout plan it sounds kind of nice, you get to eat five times per day and workout only 45 min six days a week. It doesn’t sound too horrible.
But the point is, I would really like to try to get in shape and see if I can become a Wonderwoman in a few weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 we will see 😁
