Lentil bolognese

Lentil bolognese is super delicious, cheap and easy dish. It takes in total maybe 30 minutes and all of the ingredients I have at home quite often. Here you have the recepie ✌️😁

Ingredients:

  • One onion
  • two garclic cloves
  • Two tbls of olive oil
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried rosemary
  • Dried oregano
  • Two tbls of soy sauce
  • 1,5 dl of dry red lentils
  • Two carrots
  • 1,5 dl of tomato paste
  • One bay leaf
  • 1,5 dl of vegan cooking cream (I took Oatly Imat, made of oats)
  • 2 stock dices
  • Hot water
  • Salt and pepper

How to make it:

Chop the onion and garlic. Shredd carrots. Then add all three into a frying pan and fry them for a couple of minutes together with the herbs. Add salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce, stock dices, tomato paste, hot water and lentils. Let cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add the cooking cream. Taste! See if you need to put more of some spices. And it is done!
